About Me
I am a clinical psychologist with a Bachelor’s in Clinical Psychology and a Master’s in Human Development. My therapeutic approach is integrative, blending Humanistic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and spirituality to meet the unique needs of each individual or couple. I work with a range of topics, including depression, anxiety, and quality of life enhancement, helping clients find emotional balance and overall well-being.
In addition to individual and couples therapy, I also offer courses and workshops for companies focused on Emotional Intelligence and Team Building, designed to foster team cohesion and boost workplace performance. I facilitate wellness retreats where participants can step away from their routines to focus on personal growth and self-discovery.
I hold multiple certifications, including:
- «Becoming a Teacher of Presence» from the Eckhart Tolle School of Awakening.
- Certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from the Beck Institute.
